Do I have to register?
Yes. Registration is free and it ensures we get the correct details needed to be able to send tickets to you. It also allows you to manage your ticket orders from within this site, and make further tickets orders without having to resupply your details.

What is the seating style for the events?
The seating style for the Australian Pole Dance Championships is General Admission. Seating is undesignated and operates on a first come, first served basis to ticket holders on entry to each event. This excludes reserved seating. We request that you continue to use your chosen seat for the duration of the event you are attending.

How do I order tickets?
1. Once you are registered, go to the Home page and choose the event you wish to purchase tickets for.
2. Enter the number of tickets you wish to purchase and click Continue. The maximum number of tickets you can purchase for each event, in a single sale, is 10.
3. You will have 10 minutes before your reserved tickets are released back to sale, so so you can choose to either click Order more tickets or continue to Check out.
4. On checkout, Your order total will be displayed and you can choose your payment method, then click Order to finalise payment. Payment instructions will then be provided.

How secure is my personal information?
All personal information will remain confidential and the property of Australian Pole Dance Pty Ltd and will not be passed onto any secondary companies/services. For credit card purchases PayPal employs three industry-leading safeguards to ensure your money and information stays safe. Australian Pole Dance Pty Ltd has no access to any of your accounting details.

What payment options are available?
Credit Card or PayPal
When ordering online you may pay with any major credit or debit card via Paypal. If you have a Paypal account you can use that to pay. All credit card and Paypal transactions incur a booking fee of 2.5% per order.
To complete the Credit Card or PayPal transaction and ensure tickets are delivered:
1. Click on the link to leave PayPal and Return to Australian Pole Dance Pty Ltd.
2. If prompted, click Continue/Yes on the popup message.
3. You will then receive a transaction confirmation and the process is complete.
Direct Deposit
When ordering with the Direct Deposit payment option, your tickets are reserved for 48 hours, in which time payment must be made to secure your tickets. If payment is not made in this time frame, your tickets will be released back for sale and you will need to place a new order for tickets.

Will I get a receipt?
You will receive a Tax Invoice with your ticket order. If you pay by PayPal, they will issue you with an electronic receipt, and if you pay by Direct Deposit, your bank statement will become the receipt for your ticket purchase.

When will I receive my tickets?
You will receive electronic tickets by email to the address provided on registration. If you are paying by PayPal, you will automatically receive your tickets after payment. If you are paying by direct deposit, you will automatically receive an invoice with payment instructions by email. You will receive your tickets after payment is received into the Australian Pole Dance Pty Ltd bank account. Direct deposit payment may take 2-3 business days to clear.

What if I have lost/destroyed my tickets?
If you have lost/destroyed your electronic tickets, you can contact us at info@australianpoledance.com and we will resend your ticket. Please note that this is a unique, barcoded ticket for single use only, so if you suspect your ticket has been stolen, please advise us as soon as possible so we can cancel the original ticket and re-issue you with a new one.
