Terms and conditions of sale
- Online sales
All Prices quoted are in Australian Dollars. Online sales will cease when the allocation of tickets is sold or at a time otherwise specified.
- Seating arrangements
The seating style for the Australian Pole Dance Championships is General Admission. Seating is undesignated and operates on a first come, first served basis to ticket holders on entry to each event. This excludes reserved seating. We request that you continue to use your chosen seat for the duration of the event you are attending.
- Rescheduled event
The organiser reserves the right to alter the line up, date, time and/or venue. If the event is rescheduled then your ticket to the advertised event will remain valid. If you cannot attend a rescheduled event and you contact us in a timely manner and provide the original ticket(s) and proof of purchase We will refund to you the ticket price exclusive of booking fees.
- Cancellation
If the event is cancelled because of an act of war or terrorism or the forces of nature or by any event outside of the control of the organiser then refunds shall be at the organiser's absolute discretion. If the event is cancelled for any other reason, we will refund to you the ticket price exclusive of booking fees, upon request by you in a timely manner, provided that the original ticket(s) and proof of purchase are presented. Please contact us to request a refund.
- Refunds, Exchanges, transfers
Once confirmed, bookings may not be cancelled, exchanged or refunded. Bookings are confirmed when full payment is received. We fulfill our commitment to you for the sale of tickets by emailing the tickets to the email address provided when registering. We do not refund, exchange or substitute tickets after purchase, however we will resend electronic tickets that have been lost or destroyed.
- Resale of tickets
It is illegal to re-sell tickets for profit or gain and any person or company caught attempting to do so shall be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
- Entry and re-entry
On presentation of a valid ticket, you will be issued a wrist tag to the corresponding event. This must be worn for the duration of the event, as it allows the wearer entry to the event, and re-entry, should the wearer leave and subsequently return before close of the event.
- Prohibited items
In addition to items prohibited by the venue, the organisers prohibit the use of photographic or recording equipment. The prohibited object or article may be placed into the safekeeping of the venue or organiser until the conclusion of the
performance.
- Right to refuse entry or evict ticket holder
We reserve the right to refuse entry or evict a ticket holder where:
- a ticket holder is behaving in a manner which may cause property damage or that threatens the safety of
performers, other ticket holders, or any other persons.
- a ticket holder has in his or her possession or refuses to surrender to the venue/organisers any prohibited object or article
that is not permitted to be brought into or used in that venue/event.
- a ticket holder cannot produce a valid ticket or proof of identity for their ticket purchase.
- a ticket holder is behaving in a manner that reasonably interferes with other ticket holders’ enjoyment of the
performance
- Privacy
By registering as a member of this website, you give agree that Australian Pole Dance Pty Ltd may use your details to contact you with information about future events and other related matters, and that they will not pass on your details to any 3rd party.
- Dispute resolution
If you have an issue with our service or feel you have been unfairly treated please contact us immediately.
