The championship entry fee also provides you with a 3-day unrestricted action pass* that allows you full access to the venue, to all the 2009 championship heats, as well as the trade hall!

*due to the size of the theatre this excludes entry to the Championship final on the evening of the 14th. Final event tickets must be purchased separately. However should you make it to the finals, your Saturday night ticket price will be refunded in full.
» Judges
The professional judging criteria used has been endorsed by the International Pole Federation and is setting the standard for the industry of a fair, transparent and regulated scoring system. The judging panel is made up of experienced professionals from the fitness/dance/pole dance industries. The judging panel will be revealed closer to the date, to avoid coersion. Directors and shareholders of Australian Pole Dance Pty Ltd have no influence on the finalists chosen.
The judging criteria comprises of 3 individual areas – Technical, Dance, X-Factor – each of which will be judged by a professional in those fields.
» Prizes & Acclaim!
The Title:
Competitors will be competiting for the title of Australian Pole Dance Champion 2009 for their division. With this comes respect, recognition and acclaim. You are free to use this title to promote yourself, your pole school or your business.
Prize Money:
Cash prize of $1,000 per singles division. In the doubles division the total prize will be $2000 ($1000 for each competitor).
TV Exposure:
Featured TV exposure on Fox Sport’s action channel Fuel TV. All winners will be creating a marketing opportunity for themselves and the pole school they represent. Even as a finalist there is also an opportunity to appear on Fuel TV when the finals are aired.
PLUS:
All place winners will receive a beautiful crystal trophy & a whole host of prizes from our generous sponsors & supporters.
Finalists will all have complimentary ticket to the finals, an Australian Pole Dance shirt and their very own copy of the 2009 Championships DVD free of charge.
