Freestyle Pole Women's
This division is open to females only and focuses on creative expression on the pole.
The focus of this division is for the entrant to showcase their pole dance style and perform without limitation on dance style or pole tricks.
There is no requirement to choose a specific theme for the performance, only to create a flavour and style of performance through pole skills, dance and performance creativity. Costume, theatrics & artistic interpretation are taken considered part of the performance.

Classic Pole
This division is open to females only and focuses on skill level, technique and creative execution of moves. Competitors must apply their own artistic interpretation to demonstrate their skills, performing to a set genre of music. Costuming is restricted in this divsion.
The Classic Pole division focuses on technique, technical ability and skill in pole dance, removing the pressure of costuming. Classic Pole entrants must follow dance attire guidelines, criteria for required pole moves and music genre.

Open Pairs
This division is open to both females and males and focuses on creative expression for a team of two on the pole. The sky's the limit with performance and pole tricks.
There is no requirement to choose a specific theme for the performance, only to create a flavour and style of performance through pole skills, dance and performance creativity with a partner.
