» Affliation with THREE Key International Organisations

APDC has from the start worked with the International Board of the IPF (International Pole Federation) to ensure our judging standards were fair & qualified.

We are delighted to announce two other key affiliations, with two wonderful international events that represent two of the central genres of pole  - fitness & artistic.

APDC has stated from the very start that we welcome all genres of pole dancing & our competition is purposed designed so that dancers with an artistic sway can compete in Freestyle & more fitness oriented dancers can excel in Classic Pole, as they don't require costuming or theming. In keeping with this philosophy, we are delighted to affiliate ourselves with the POLEART organisation & the INTERNATIONAL POLE DANCE FITNESS ASSOCIATION (IPDFA).

Both events showcase athletes & dancers that are at the best of their feild & both attract comnpetitors from all over the world. PoleArt showcases the beauty & artistry of pole & IPDFA highlights the true athletisim & power these world-class dancers attain.

Thank you to both organistaions for inviting us to be a part of your events - a true compliment from such professional organistions.

» Change of Venue to BCEC

The venue has been changed to the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, as we have had a fantastic response so far. The exhibition centre is the most awarded convention centre in Australia & on the international stage, is ranked among the top three convention centres world-wide by the Association Internationale des Palais de Congres (AIPC).

"As well as striving to meet our clients' every need, we're also taking care of our precious environment, with a rigorous sustainability program.
Our impressive South Bank riverside location in the heart of Brisbane, offers a vast array of entertainment and cultural opportunities."
